Establish quality objectives for the Firm.

Quality Risk

Identify and assess those risks that may prevent the Firm from achieving its quality objectives.


Develop policies/procedures to address specified responses and quality risks.

Monitoring and Remediation

Perform ongoing and periodic monitoring activities to identify deficiencies so that their root causes can be remediated.
